Estimated shipping delivery times:
Orders are typically dispatched within 1-3 business days after payment has cleared. On weekends and holidays there is no preparation, shipping or transport service. We will provide a tracking number when your order ships to the email. We ship worldwide, and prices differ by the package size and area we are sending to. The shipping prices are stated on the product page and the checkout.
We send from Europe. The cost of transport will be calculated at checkout, once the shipping details have been reported.
International buyers - please note:
Unless specified at checkout, Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine these additional costs before buying. We ship our stock from Europe. Customs fees are usually charged by the shipping company or collected when you pick the item up. These fees are not additional shipping charges. We don't under-value merchandise or mark the item as a gift on customs forms. Doing that is against U.S. and international laws. Please make sure your mailing and shipping address are correct before sending payment.
Returns:
We understand that things happen. Products are mistakenly ordered, and you do not need what you thought. If you wish to return the item because you feel uncertain about using the pillow, feel free to contact us for guidance. We are parents just like you—we've faced these same fears too. Everything will be okay. If you have decided to return the item, please note that Mimos pillows are classified as medical devices (EN CE Class 1) and can only be returned if the protective packaging remains intact. If you are unsure about the size, please consult with us before purchasing.
The craniometer is also a medical device, and we strictly cannot accept returns of items that have been removed from their protective packaging. The same policy applies to pillow covers and the Mimos Play tummy time pillow.
Here at Mimos Baby Care, we always do our best to satisfy our customers' return requests. We accept returns and will refund you in full if you are dissatisfied with your item(s) as long as you have kept the item the same. Once the item is altered, you void the return policy. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase by referencing a valid Sales Order number or Invoice number. The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We understand if you prefer to use a standard (longer) shipping method instead of priority—this is completely fine with us. However, please note that we can only process your refund once we have received the returned item. Therefore, we strongly recommend using a shipping service with a tracking number to ensure safe delivery.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method. You may cancel your contract within 14 days without giving reasons or by returning the goods. The time limit begins after receipt of this notification in writing but only after receiving the goods to the consignee.
Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund, recheck your bank account. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next - contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please get in touch with us at info@mimosbabycare.com.
Order never arrived:
If your order has yet to arrive, let us know! First, check your shipping confirmation and check that you have entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, though we'd be happy to send you another order to the valid address, it must be at your cost. If the shipping address is correct, contact us at info@mimosbabycare.com, noting your order number. We'll see what can be done.
